I am adept at maintaining reporting requirements, delivering the highest quality care, and establishing good rapport with the residents. I specialise in elderly care and long-term care management.

Sharron coordinates and participates in activities (internal and external) designed to promote social interaction, reality orientation, and intellectual stimulation. Sharron’s team provides the residents, who choose to remain in their rooms, with in-room activities of their choice, including one-to-one experiences. Sharron has strong links with the local community.

Steve enjoys his role and ensures that all maintenance problems and queries are dealt with effectively, as well as ensuring that all maintenance activities are carried out safely and securely, in line with company policies and procedures, and current health and safety legislation.
